1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, its calculators, or engaging the distribution services of Nimesh C. Shah (ARN-363616), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations of India, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Scope of Services & Intermediary Role

Nimesh C. Shah is an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 363616) and acts as an intermediary facilitating the purchase, redemption, and systematic execution of mutual fund units.

• We deal exclusively in Regular Plans of Mutual Funds and receive trailing commissions directly from Asset Management Companies as disclosed on our Commission Disclosure page.
• Mutual Fund investments do not guarantee capital protection or assured returns. Units are subject to market risks, volatility, and NAV fluctuations.
• Alternative investment discussions (including P2P lending) are transacted through RBI-licensed NBFC-P2P entities under their respective terms and credit agreements.

3. Financial Calculators & Educational Content

All calculators provided on this platform (SIP, SWP, Lumpsum, Crorepati, Retirement, Home Loan EMI, Car Loan EMI) are strictly for educational and scenario simulation purposes. Projections generated do not constitute an offer, guarantee, or financial commitment. Actual returns are governed by prevailing capital market performance and interest rate fluctuations.

4. Client Obligations & Account Integrity

Clients agree to provide accurate, genuine, and updated KYC and bank details for all financial transactions. Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized use of client credentials or portal accounts (such as MidasX) will lead to immediate termination and reporting to competent authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nimesh C. Shah, We Care Freedom Wealth, or its affiliates be liable for any loss of capital, profits, or damages resulting from market volatility, macroeconomic shifts, technical delays in RTA processing, or banking transaction failures beyond our direct operational control.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
