• Technical & Analytical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and interaction records on our financial calculators to improve platform performance.

• Executing mutual fund purchases, SIP registrations, redemptions, and portfolio switches with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTAs such as CAMS and KFintech).
• Providing ongoing portfolio tracking, valuation reports, and client portal access via MidasX.
• Complying with statutory reporting requirements under SEBI, AMFI, RBI, and tax authorities.
• Responding to inquiries, appointment bookings, and financial grievance resolutions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with:

• Authorized AMCs, Mutual Fund houses, and RTAs for transactional execution.
• Authorized portal software partners (MidasX) maintaining encrypted client reporting databases.
• Regulatory bodies, tax authorities, or law enforcement agencies when mandated by applicable Indian statutes.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Client records are retained for the mandatory statutory periods prescribed by SEBI and AMFI regulations, following which they are securely archived or disposed of.
