AMFI Mutual Fund Risk Factors
Standard regulatory disclosures, scheme-specific risk classifications, and mandatory investor guidelines prescribed by the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) and SEBI.
Mandatory Statutory Regulatory Notice
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. Registration granted by AMFI and SEBI in no way guarantees performance of any scheme or provides any assurance of returns to investors.
Standard Mutual Fund Risk Factors
Market & NAV Fluctuation Risk
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. The Net Asset Value (NAV) of the units issued under the scheme may increase or decrease based on macroeconomic conditions, corporate actions, interest rates, government policies, and market sentiment.
No Return Guarantee or Assurance
Mutual Fund schemes do not assure, promise, or guarantee any returns or principal protection. Past performance of any scheme or AMC may or may not be sustained in the future and does not indicate future results.
Scheme Investment Objectives
There is no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of any mutual fund scheme will be achieved. Investors are advised to select schemes whose risk profile matches their personal investment horizon and financial capacity.
Scheme Information Review (SID / KIM / SAI)
Investors should carefully read and understand the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) before making any investment decisions.

Distributor Role & Regular Plan Commercial Transparency
Nimesh C. Shah (ARN-363616) acts exclusively as an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor. As a distributor, we facilitate execution and investor assistance for Regular Plans only of Mutual Fund schemes.
Under Regular Plans, trailing commissions are paid to distributors directly by Asset Management Companies (AMCs) out of the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of the scheme. Commission schedules are available on our Disclosure page.
Investors always retain the right to invest in Direct Plans of Mutual Fund schemes, which feature lower expense ratios because no distributor commission is built in. Since we deal in Regular Plans only, we do not distribute or earn commissions on Direct Plans.
