Commission Disclosure
ncs receives commissions for mutual fund business sourced under its own ARN code.
These commissions vary across Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and also differ
from scheme to scheme. In accordance with SEBI circular:
SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/168230/09, the following disclosures apply:
- Commission structures differ for T30 cities and may be higher for B30 cities, as defined by AMFI.
- All commission rates are subject to revision without prior notice, based on mutual agreement between ncs and respective AMCs.
- Commissions apply only to investments made under Regular/Distributor Plans, where AMCs pay trail commissions to Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs).
- No upfront commission is paid to or received by ncs.
- Scheme-wise commission details from partnered AMCs are maintained by ncs and can be requested through your assigned Wealth/Relationship Manager.
- All information is compiled on a best-effort basis, and commission rates are updated upon receipt from AMCs.
- Investors may view gross commissions earned by ncs in any financial year through the official disclosure link provided by the company.

- Since ncs does not earn commissions on Direct Plans, it does not facilitate investments in Direct Plans.
